Frequently Asked Questions

I already have an accountant. Why do I need a second opinion?

It’s common to feel that your accountant is too busy with compliance (tax returns, BAS) to answer your "big picture" questions or explain why they are recommending certain strategies.

My role isn’t to replace your accountant but to be the translator and strategist. I help you understand what your accountant is doing, challenge assumptions if they don’t fit your business model, and ensure your financial decisions are aligned with your growth goals.

Think of me as your "financial coach" while they handle the "financial compliance.

What exactly happens during the 60-minute call?

We treat it like a strategic surgery, not a chat. We’ll start by reviewing your specific concerns or questions. Then, we’ll look at your current financial data (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) to see the reality of your situation. We’ll answer your questions, identify any "leaks" or risks, and I’ll provide a clear, prioritised action plan.

At the end, you’ll receive a 1-page summary of our discussion and the steps you need to take next.

Do I need to have my books ready before the call?

It helps, but it’s not mandatory. If you have messy books, we can use the call to diagnose why they are messy and plan how to fix them. However, if you have recent Profit & Loss statements or bank statements, we can dive deeper immediately and give you more specific advice.

What services do you offer?

We offer a range of solutions designed to meet your needs—whether you're just getting started or scaling something bigger.

Everything is tailored to help you move forward with clarity and confidence.

What makes you different?

No, not at all. You need a registered Tax agent to prepare and lodge your tax returns and provide tax advice.

Is this confidential?

Absolutely. As a CPA-qualified professional, I am bound by strict confidentiality and ethical standards. Everything you share with me is safe, secure, and used solely to help your business.
